Shelley is exceptional - the first person you meet and she can talk about your procedure, insurance, costs, the calendar, the dentist - she knows everything about everything! Then there is Susie, the dental assistant, who is compassionate, kind, and competent! And , then there is Dr Napoleon, the dentist who explains options , takes time to answer questions , is gentle , and excellent at making sure your teeth last a lifetime. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but since we have to go as part of taking care of ourselves - then you couldn’t choose a better dental practice than Hi-FI.
