Love the staff and they love my dog, Jackie. It’s always positive experience when Jackie has her appointments. The vets are great with follow up post surgery/procedure. I trust them implicitly.

My family has been going to HRAH as long as I can remember. Very good with postcard reminders of upcoming appointments and vaccination schedules. They are very accommodating with fitting me in for those dreaded emergency (sometimes “false alarm”) appointments. Always thoroughly explaining what is going on with my dog because they understand that pets are our family members and how much we love them. Unice has been there a long time and helped out with dropping off my pets when they have boarded there and I was unable to pick up. Dr. Galanski is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!!
