I had to take care of a stressful emotional situation with my dog and Missy took care of everything, she was clear, organized, professional and kind. Her professionalism alleviated my stress. I will never go to another vet but high ridge animal hospital because I will never find the same kind of service anywhere else. The front desk was pleasant and welcoming and the vets are very helpful. This was a great experience. If I could I would put 6 stars for Missy. She is an asset in this organization. I have recommended the place to at least 15 friends and family members and they worship Missy.

Dr. Shattuck and Christine were extraordinarily kind and cheerful. Dr. Shattuck explained everything that she was doing during the examination and was soooo good with my dog!
