Although my visit was just a routine checkup, it was a pleasure to see the professionals and friendly faces at High Peaks Dental. It's well known that Dr. Caldon and Dr. O'Conner are two of the finest dentists in the North Country (and perhaps beyond!) demonstrated daily with their professionalism, compassion and up-to-date technique in their practice. But credit is also due to their fine and friendly staff. Dental Hygienist Jason is an excellent addition to staff and performs his duties with caring professionalism and knowledge, and always a friendly attitude. The rest of the staff is much the same: both professional and caring in their patient relationships. I'm afraid the only thing missing was Karen's smiling face, but my appointment was on a Friday, her day off, but though not seen, her presence was still felt; she is the wheel that keeps things turning at High Peaks Dental!

Alyssa was my technician for impressions. Alyssa answered all my question to satisfaction. Dr O’Connor reviewed the impressions. As to date I am very satisfied with the services.

The hygienist was absolutely amazing, the doctor was patronizing but kind in a grandfatherly way. I don’t like how they fixed my retainer issue, but it wasn’t explained to me beforehand so I’m stuck with it. Probably my fault for not asking more questions.

Taking care of one’s teeth can be as routine as an annual cleaning or without warning, involve complicated procedures. High Peaks Dental has been by my ‘dentist chair’ throughout a gamut of such experiences; I trust their caring approach and technical expertise.

I didn’t know the fluoride treatment would be $50.00. I assumed it was part of the appointment. I use PreviDent every day so I didn’t need it. I should have been asked if I wanted it & it would cost $50.00.. I don’t like being tricked.
