I like HPC a lot. Alex and Shaun are competent and they don't try to sell me things I don't need. Best of all, they answer my questions, patiently and clearly.

Generally speaking HPC seems to know its technology, but administratively, they are asleep too much of the time. Things get forgotten, and promise dates too often slip. Every visit also seems to include the same two pitches, for NOD32 Antivirus and solid state drives. Margins on these must be pretty good.
