Would not recommend.

When I moved to the area, I had my pets records sent to Highland. I even called before my appointment to make sure that they were received,

and was told yes, they had everything.

When the Tech took us back to the exam room,

she explained she needed info since they had nothing to go by. I stated I was told her records were sent. She replied Oh, they are probably

here somewhere.

A woman came in the room, who I assume was

the Vet. She did not even introduce herself

until the end.

She spent less than 5. minutes with us, then left

the room. It was when the Tech came back to

collect my money that I realized the appointment

was done.

Not a very friendly or caring place.

Excellent! Drs. Slovak and Hyland are outstanding vets, and I'm always confident with placing my pets in their hands.

They are the best. The staff and the vets are very caring when it comes to their clients. We have had many dogs under their care. The vets expertise when it comes to animals is exceptional I would never trust my dogs to anyone else.

Love all of the doctors and techs and staff at High Point. You can tell they really love animals.

Since my appointment was with a Tech and not the Vet, I was surprised I had to wait 30 minutes.Once in the room the tech was very nice and the rest of the appointment went quickly.

Reception could not find record of my dog , who'd been a patient from 2010 until his death in 2018. Receptionists are rarely friendly or welcoming-- on the phone or in person. I feel many times the nurses (? The Professional before the vet sees us) try to rush through their portion of appointments and aren't really listening/don't care. At most recent appt the nurse(?) forgot to conduct nail trim and analysis glands that I requested she add as soon as she took us to room. She forgot. And when she tried to rush me out the door after vet had seen us, I reminded her of these and she sighed and was visibly put-out... as if it were my fault she'd forgotten. I'm a professional and expect professionalism from an office I have had a two decade business relationship with-- rather than being treated like an imposition The vets are still kind and helpful and take enough time for me to feel valued. All of these customer service issues I've notice in the past 4 years or do. I've been brining my animals to HP since 2000 and have recently considered trying a new veterinary.

The staff is very friendly and loves on my dog every time we come in! They give helpful recommendations and are not pushy for treatments. The facility is well-kept also.
