I needed an emergency visit during the weekend. The staff accommodated me and my dog was able to begin treatment, rather than have to suffer while waiting for Monday. SO appreciated.

Caring friendly atmosphere staff and Dr... Very knowledgeable and competent doctor. We were very happy that we chose the Helton hospital for animals for our dog Jake

Dr. C. loves my nasty Ling Ling and he loves her. Ling is feeling much better today, thank you. See you in three weeks.

Great, thorough care throughout the visit and following up with lab work

Dr. C. Was very good. We have never had her before, and she had read Lucky’s chart thoroughly before coming in to see us. She spent time explaining things to us and what we should be doing to ensure the best health for our dog.

We weren't very happy with the service Dr Christina Nutini provided for our dogs annual checkup/shots. She seemed very annoyed by our dog and kept insisting that we neuter him. Yes he did growl when she was about to give him his shots but being a Vet she should have some consideration that he does not recognize her so clearly it is his nature to growl. This is the 1st time since 2015 that we've had an issue and this is also the 1st time that we dealt with Christina Nutini. She was very cold and going forward we will take our business elsewhere. Customer service is key especially when you are dealing with a member of our family. The service provided at our previous visits have always been exceptional not sure what happened with our latest visit.

I brought in a beautiful but emaciated, senior calico I just rescued that had collapsed under a car. Estimated to be about 16, she had almost no teeth and only weighed 4 pounds! They did a snap test, bloodwork and fecal and gave her sub q fluids as she was so dehydrated, also some revolution for any parasites she might have. Dr Strom took very gentle care of her and showed real concern for her. Once the bloodwork comes back we'll see where we go from there. Thank you!
