Excellence experience! Professional staff and very informative.
The office was very clean and accommodating to patients. All of the office staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. My son was seen at his appointment time with no waiting. The office has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it to anyone!
We love Hinesly Orthodontics! So far we have had 2 kids in braces at this office and have never had a bad experience. The staff and Dr. Hinesly are wonderful! I always recommend Hinesly Orthodontics to any one who needs braces.
Dr. Hinesly is always top notch professional while extremely caring. His staff is always on their game with customer service from the business office to assisting Dr. Honestly. The office always has a calm and peaceful feel. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. A plus is watching deer come to feed just out of the back window in the treatment area. Such a fantastic group of people!
This is a true 5 star doctor! I look forward to my eye exam every year because he gives such a thorough exam, answers all of my questions. I always leave there knowing I was in good hands. He is so personable too which is a real plus. Friendly staff!
Overall we were very pleased with our first visit to the Center. Our pup was very kindly treated, and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. We’re so glad to have found it!
The only critique we would offer has to do with the layout of the waiting area. The sign-in and exit desk are combined. Thus, exiting clients juggle their payment and receipts along with leashed pets post-visit (when the pets are perhaps feeling the negative after-effects of medical care) - while located directly next to the entry door as excited incoming pets are walking in from the outdoors. Thus, the two groups of pets come directly face-to-face at a moment when their owners are likely to be blindsided. It would be a great improvement to place the exit desk around the corner from the sign-in desk, and separate the two processes. Even with sharing one exit/entry door, visibility for pet owners would be improved so they could fend off potential problems between their animals.
