Printers down so could not get verification of vacinne that I needed for boarding. Tech entered wrong code for vaccine. Then promised to email a corrected record which I never got. Something is seriously wrong with administrative management and procedures. On the other hand, I have been taking my feline and canine companions to this facility for almost 50 years and have found that the quality of vet and continuing vet tech care has been wonderful. I will continue to rely on the doctors here (and Aimee) but will monitor the record keeping.

As usual, beautiful Dr. Joyce is wonderful and provides excellent info. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and cheerful (I believe she was the gal who carried Charlie out to the car when my handicapped husband came to pick him up). Refreshing to see an employee like her.

After an appointment for my dog's updated influenza, et al the hospital sent a followup for the Canine Influenza Annual H3N2, and the Canine Influenza Annual H3N8 which seemed to be a followup for a two part flu inoculation. Upon our arrival for the appointment made via the followup email scheduling - I was told there was no need for the appointment. The new flu shot does not require a second visit. Why was the followup email sent? A complete waste of my early morning.

I had requested to provide Heartgstd or equivalent medicine

when I came abd I was sent home without it.

We are so sorry! We can absolutely mail it directly to your home or you can swing by to pick it up at any time, whichever you prefer. We will call you to get your preference immediately. We can even have a staff member drop it off at your home directly! We are here 7 days a week. Thank you for letting us know.

Was able to get our dog seen same day. She had broke a nail on her left paw that was irritating her. Required the nail to be cut and medication. Very professional and everyone was great. Winnie was very nervous as we adopted her from the hospital.

Everyone was extremely professional as well as pleasant. Although we were slightly taken aback by the total cost Bilo & Lucky seemed very comfortable there. I'm so happy we found a vet we feel confident in taking care of our babies.
