Hippensteel's is my #1 place to have all four of my cars serviced and repaired. For years, I only trusted my cars to dealer shops because I felt I could trust them to do the job right. That may be true, but I was overpaying BIG TIME! The gang at Hippensteel's do incredible work, they are very professional and helpful and they provide loaner cars making my family's life easier. The prices are more than fair, if not underpriced. Maybe I'm just used to getting bent over by the dealer, but not anymore! I trust my Range Rover and my Porsche to those guys, so that pretty much says it all! Thanks so much!!!

We contacted Mr. Harkins immediately after receiving this review. Mr. Harkins has been a great customer for so many years that sometimes we take their kindness for granted. We failed to understand that he was upset that this had happened with the wheel stud. We do see it as a common occurrence and we just deal with those situations as they happen. This happened to Mr. Harkins while he removed the wheel and it was not a normal problem for him to rectify. As far as the bulb charge, he misread the invoice. The total price to replace the light bulb was $9.07 parts and labor. After this was all explained, Mr. Harkins was extremely satisfied. We are thankful for him bringing this to our attention so that in the future we can serve our other customers better.
