The dental hygienist is always very rough. My gums have always been sensitive, but I've never felt so much pain or seen so much blood as when she was cleaning. Also, it was a bit discouraging that my doctor was on vacation this time and I wasn't notified prior to my arrival. After my cleaning and already being there for 45 minutes, I was told there would be a wait to see the only doctor that was on staff that day and I did not feel confident that I would be seen in a reasonable amount of time, so I declined and left. Had I known that my doctor would be out, I may have rescheduled my appointment so that I could receive the treatments that I had made the appointment for. This was only my second cleaning, and my first issue with the doctor/scheduling - I still love this office and plan to return.
