My cut was done very poorly. I did not trust the salon to correct the cut as the work that had been done on my hair had spoken for itself. I used a gift certificate that was purchased for me & I regret that I used it for services instead of product. I was a frequent patron of this salon many years ago, however left when my stylist at the time did. I chose not to post a review until I had the opportunity to speak with the salon for them to rectify the situation prior to getting a negative review. The salon attempted to, make it right by crediting me $40 of my $120 service since I did not come back to them so they could correct it immediately. If I could post pictures of the poor work, I would, however that is not an option here.
His & Her Salon & Day Spa replied:
I apologize for your experience. We do give the opportunity to correct the service with another stylist that would be more fitting for you. The Cut was $40 and the Color was $80. Since there was no complaint on the color I thought it was fair to credit you for the cut only. Unfortunately, that was not acceptable.

Anita, All the products we sell at His & Her Salon contain CBD. The 300 mg Tincture you purchased contains 300 mg of CBD. The Hemp extract is what CBD is. All our products are 3rd party lab tested by the government to insure it contains CBD.
The carrier oils are hemp seed oil and vitamin E. I recommend you scan the QR code on the box or label it will prove it contains CBD by a third party lab. It is called endocanna oil and it contains hemp seed oil and cannabinoids (CBD). I hope this helps clear up some confusion.
