Got a massage and haircut here later minute. I was very happy they squeezed me in last minute. Massage was good and therapist was friendly and did what I asked. I was nervous about the haircut but it ended up being exactly what I wanted. The tea was so good they gave me after my massage that I bought some for home. The one thing that would have made things better is if the steam room was usable. Everyone needs to stop blaming COVID for not turning on the steam. It makes no sense, some eucalyptus oil or something antibacterial could be done as well. Also the front desk lady could be more friendly, but I’m just being over critical at this point. Overall very happy.
