Great! Both Masako and Satoko gave excellent services . They’re courteous and knowledgeable in what they do. I’m always so satisfied with the services I receive when I go to Ho’ala.

The receptionist was also very courteous, patient, and helpful.

Terri was amazing! She accommodated all my requests, and I felt like a brand new person!

She mentioned the series special (6 sessions for the price of 5).

When I asked at the front, I was told I had to use it within 3-6 months.

I am off island quite frequently and this would make it stressful for me to accomplish. I would appreciate it if you waived the time limit on this special.

The services and care from nail technician Satoko and hair specialist Masami are excellent and 5 stars. What doesn’t make the Ho’ala a 5 star experience is the additional fee for cleaning on top of their premium rates. This was initiated during Covid when no other Salon & Spa implemented fees even with additional cleaning disciplines. Ho’ala is back to regular standards of cleaning but still adds on a cleaning charge
