I actually didn’t have my visit. I’ve been a patient for several years, and I lost my debit card over the weekend and I had out of pocket costs. They would not allow me to call back in a couple of days once my new card came in to make the payment. Having to cancel my appointment and charging me $45. Again, I’ve been a patient for maybe 10 years and was not trusted to call back to make a $75 payment. Truly disappointed! Before this experience, I didn’t have any complaints!
