Although I did receive help with one condition, the time it took to investigate and diagnose the underlying causes of my health issues was extremely long. Just a few months before my annual renewal, was when the real evaluation was done. I chose not to renew my contract.
Supplement are ordered only twice a month, which delays healing as you wait for them to be delivered. Several times I had to follow up on their arrival.
Office staff turnover was highly unusual as compared to a stable practice. I believe the Dr. Is very knowledgeable, the delays in diagnosing, supplement delivery and communication from staff were the main reasons I chose not to continue.
Hello Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. Finding the root cause is a process, and unlike traditional allopathic medicine. It takes time to peel back the layers of the onion to reveal what has been suppressed under the surface. While some find instant relief, others relief is cumulative, while others is retroactive (meaning they cannot notice it but family and friends do). This type of practice is very unique and unlike symptom management which we are accustom to treating.
We send messages out to everyone the first and the fifteenth of every month and request practice members to check their bottles and submit a request before their bottles run out. We are always changing protocols and do not leave people on supplements for any extended period of time, which makes managing things a little challenging. However we try our best to manage back orders, and various other ordering challenges from our distributors.
Our staff has been stabilized since hiring a virtual assistant team, we did this to resolve high turn over. Unfortunately turn over is high in the healthcare field, in general with strong employees leaving private practice for benefits, and greater opportunities.Sadly sometimes we train them and then they leave to pursue their profession in larger organizations.
We are truly grateful that you spent a year with our practice and were able to get some relief. I am not sure what is meant by delays in diagnosing, we do not diagnose conditions that is an allopathic medical practice. We are a naturopathic practice, we find root causes. In addition, practice members always have access to our patient portal to ask questions and request feedback regarding their care in our practice.
