Service was great. Car was finished at time promised. I do have a comment to make about a recent email I received from them on May 12, 2016. This email talks about "a technician employed by the Audi Palo Alto dealership caught on a dash camera video taking a customer's car on a high-speed joyride after it was brought in for service." The video made local and national news.
"Unfortunately, this confirms that the level of experience and service quality at dealerships can be very poor: Friends don't let friends take their cars to dealers."
I feel this email was uncalled for.
