Dr.Vito was polite but I felt rushed. Especially due to the fact that they were closed the previous hour for a meeting so everything felt rushed. I hadn't even had a chance to finish my questionnaire before I was seen by the doctor!!! I had even arrived 20 minutes early and would have had no trouble filling out the questionnaire before being seen by the doctor (but they were closed for a meeting). As I filled it out, I had some questions but they said it is too late to ask the doctor because he is with the next patient! Frustrating!
I have a "floater" in my eye which he didn't go over with me. He also put in two different kinds of drops in my eyes before he even finished telling me what the different drops were and if I could drive. He put an EXTRA drop of the dilating fluid in ONE eye which did mess with my vision.
This was the worst eye exam appointment I have ever experienced!
The sales associate was going to charge extra and not give full benefit of insurance until I insisted that my insurance covered more than the amount she was giving me credit for and as she "dug deeper" she said she found that my other insurance credit was located under a different "materials" tab separate from the "eye exam" tab which I would expect someone in her position to know!!!!
I did receive a call from the doctor later to address my questions but it didn't change my experience at all!
