Because it was my first visit and I was there for only a diagnostic on my Altima it's hard to fairly review Hometown.

I was a bit surprised by water pump diagnosis since I have been told elsewhere it is the water pump. But this may only mean Hometown is correct and other shop is wrong.

Also bit surprised that when I arrived that no there knew I was waiting and not dropping off. Wasn't a problem for me in this case.

I usually do my own work on my vehicles. But if the job is too big or I'm in a pinch, Hometown is where I go for a repair. It is not the cheapest place, but I can trust that the job is getting done right. Besides getting great service, the jobs always seem to take less time then I anticipate.

My son was still having accidents at night and occasionally during the day. We had tried everything to help him because he said he couldn't tell when it happened. I spoke with Dr. Reinhart when I was in for my massage with the amazing Hoda, and he mentioned that it may be an alignment issue. Sure enough, his legs and hips were all out of alignment. In 4 visits, he completely stopped having accidents and stayed dry all night. We were floored that it worked. We love Dr. R's team and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for helping us!!

Always on time at each appointment. Friendly staff and knowledgeable on benefits. Dr. Tim is casual, funny, and listens to any patient concerns. Each patient appears to receive one-on-one attention and there's no one running from room to room. Atmosphere is calming and zen-like. In all honesty, I've enjoyed each cleaning and visit and look forward to chatting with all there. It's more of a "social visit" than a painful visit as with previous provider(s). Would highly recommend the practice overall.
