Made appt 1 week out with list of engine/transmission and work I wanted completed.
Negatives: Arrived for appt no draft work order had been completed with data to be verified for final printout. Also assume no parts had made available or time with mechanic had been scheduled. As it was a half hour drive to town to get this completed, was not happy when told car would be ready at 4:30pm. After vocalizing unhappiness, was told to check back at 1:30pm. Cost of oil change when I supplied oil and filter was 29.00, probably will take vehicle elsewhere in future for oil changes (20 would be okay, not 29). Price of Automatic transmission filter change with drain/fill kept changing, but it needed to be done, will shop around more in future. Bill did not show brand/name of fluids put into vehicle, if you put Transmax multi-vehicle synthetic into transmission put it on bill.
Pros: was told differential fluid would not have to be changed as front differential share fluid with automatic transmission and their was no rear differential.
Bottom line: Staff friendly willing to answer questions, kept me informed of changes in price of Automatic transmission price changes. Pricing forces me to shop around more in future and do more price comparison for work.

When our customers drop their car off at our shop in the morning, we take that time to determine which technician is best suited for the vehicles in the shop that day, and we do plan on vehicles staying for the day (to give us time to get parts, etc.).
