It is expected to not have the greatest service as they are learning. I have been here before and it was exceptional. This time around I had color done. When all the foils were applied she let me know it would but for 15 mins. It was in for 40 mins. My student left my forehead and ears stained and the blow.out on my hair made it look frizzy. I was hoping when she was checked out by instructor it would of been addressed. My student was quiet with me and carried on conversation with others that were helping her. She seem shy and I understand. I wish there was surveys to fill for the specific student and visit as that could help them improve. She could of talked to me, asked me questions to get to know me and make me feel like a guest not an assigment :-( I would of hoped she would keep me in the loop as the work was being done and I would of liked a recap asking me what I thought. I still tipped and I was thrown as it looked that i couldn't leave a tip on my card. I will could back. It is altogether a great place.

Parking be sure to pay at the post there are 3 total. Neither would read my card so I had to withdraw money and it worked. That was frustrating because the lady at the booth couldn't help me.

Very much impressed with Destiny & the salon. Loved how my hair looked after she styled it & received compliments at work, too. The outcome really sold Destiny to my co-workers, who are now interested in making future appointments. A big plus is the scrub she gave me during shampoo. Too few places that give a good one! Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how the salon was pleasing to the eyes. Very nice!
