Thorough and trustworthy. I sincerely believe that this company is the best choice for my HVAC needs. You get what you pay for with this company as well as quality products. I had to have a major update to my HVAC system and they spent several hours with me discussing my options. If these guys aren't the best I wonder who is.

Our visit to your home is a 40 minute drive from our office. The diagnostic fee is calculated based on our seat time for our technicians, and the time it takes to diagnose the issue. Your heat pump was thoroughly checked, and found to have two major components that had failed. The quote you were issued was for a Carrier Heat Pump. It is impossible for us to know what other equipment you were quoted. Carrier is considered to be top of the line, so it is possible that the equipment you were quoted was not of Carrier's superior quality. A good way to look at it is if you go to buy a new car and one dealer quotes you a Mercedes that meets your requirements, and another quotes you a Ford that also meets your requirements, you are likely to have a price discrepancy.
