My past experience was not too good, as my appointment was not scheduled. I was able to be squeezed in, ,however, not all services were rendered and I will have to return to complete. I found this to be inconvenient, as I don't live in the area. I must say this is not their usual service, but this is my second time this has occurred.

The atmosphere and friendliness of everyone is really a wonderful feeling to have. The colorists and stylists are so talented. Their assistants are caring and gracious. You can just look around

while you are being taken care of and you can see it.

The owner(s) of Hopscotch should really be proud of their entire staff. Everyone does their job

because they love what they do, it is not just a job to them.

I just love it.

I've been coming to Hopscotch for years. I've brought my family and friends there too during that time. For this visit, I had myself and my son scheduled our services together. At the register to pay, I made sure to tell the counter person that I was paying for myself and my son. I remember clearly because we have different last names and they both required me to spell them out for the woman at the desk. I paid a very costly bill and went home. Later around 7:00 in the evening I received a call from a woman who works there. She stated my son did not pay. I explained I paid for him and that we came together. Then she stated my son did not pay for his hair products. He did not buy any hair products. . Then she confused my name for my someone else and I needed to verify our names. She asked if I paid by visa or MasterCard. At this point I explained I was not comfortable with this call. Clearly she was confused.

She stated the woman at the desk who checked me out made a mistake and I needed to pay for my services. I asked her to have the manager to call of which no one ever did.

Sadly, I have seen the service at Hopscotch deteriorate recently. I used to have wonderful hair massages with my washes that would practically put me to sleep. Now the water is splashed carelessly to the point it goes in my ears.

The cappuccino is also no longer the same flavor or made with the TLC. It's rushed too.

I have seen a customer with wet hair and a smock outside being called names by the towing agency while she explains she is a customer and begs asking that her car not get towed from the lot. The parking situation has become unbearable .

At this point I feel I need to find another salon or go back to Noelle Salon. This is unfortunate because Anna and Yolanda do a great job. I do miss the hair washer who gave wonderful washes. Apparently he quit.

Michele Levy has the worst bedside manner I've ever met in a professional setting. Furthermore, she is not a nice person, which is why it is so difficult for her to treat her patients with genuine helpfulness and honesty. I believe she uses pretense instead to help her own pockets. Like practically forcing Optomap on me when I didn't really need to, then saying that I will go blind when I'm 60, and suffer far-sightedness when I'm 40. I'm 39, no signs of far-sightedness. I want facts, not scare tactics. Is it bshe's desperate to pay for her new Optomap machine? My eye health so far has been great except for near-sightedness. She concluded after the Optomap photo(Which I had to pay extra for), that I have a bit of redness in my eyes. Somewhere in this Dante's hell, she also asked which Asian nationality I was because we "all looked alike." Not quite sure if this had anything to do with my eye exam, although when asked, she gave a feeble excuse of certain Asian ethnicities having eye problems. I will never go back to her, she has some sort of underlying emotional problem which I had the misfortune of encountering. She put my contacts lenses back into my eyes without washing her hands,(right after the tirade about my lack of hygiene in not changing lenses enough). I went immediately home, threw away the lenses and scrubbed my eyes, mostly to get rid of her foul, lingering presence.
