Tech displayed either lack of empathy or bad social skills. My feeling is a combination of both. Pointing out a real emergency vet "mistake" is appreciated, but criticizing me for not knowing (due to emergency vet's mistake) is another. How many people want to take their injured pet who is in pain to the vet only to hear, "You didn't do this right!" or when asked for feedback whether to continue on Tramadol (due to side effects and me not wanting to over medicate in general, "Whining is pain" like why am I even asking? :( However, Dr. Beth was wonderful, as usual, and all front office staff especially caring, as usual.
