Great staff. Excellent dentists. BUT, they have this insane policy where they make you pay 50% of your bill when making an appointment! Then they want the balance when you arrive, not even when the work is complete. What about 50% on first visit and the balance on the final visit like most every other doctor and dentist in the USA?
Then, sometimes if you make an early (7AM) appointment, there is no guarantee that the tech or Dentist will be there by 7, causing you to wait. Nothing is more frustrating than being there early, knowing you have the first appointment of the day, and then the staff can't even get there on time.
They will give you a recommendation card which credits $50 toward your account if you refer a new patient to them, but with this crazy payment policy, I have a hard time recommending anyone to go there.
I have no problem with their care and service at all, but their payment policy stinks.
I rate them a 3 because of it. Without this policy, they would be a 10!

In regards to our financial policy we do request at least 50% down and the remaining balance on the day of your appointment to reserve time with doctor, pay for materials for the procedure and any lab fees that are associated.
