My first time back at Hoshall's in a long time, actually more than a few years. I felt the service before new owner's have taken over was so much better and personal. This time I felt the stylist was not really interested in making me look better, but just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. She did not even take much time to style my hair. It seemed like she did not even want to be at work that day. I am a business owner and I used to own retail stores, so I understand how one should be servicing people in general. I will give it one more try, but everyone there seemed like robots and just doing a job, but not really loving their job's. They were not really into the customer's as when the original owner's owned the business. It used to have more of a personal touch and a warm feeling.
