We arrived 15 minutes early for my sons ortho appointment. The lobby only had 1 available seat left so I was asked to either wait outside or in my car which we would have done anyway due to Covid there was to many people in the lobby and I just wasn't comfortable with it. We waited 50 minutes after our appointment time before I called to see what was going on only to be put on hold for 7 minutes waiting for the ortho department to answer the call. I ended up just hanging up and going in office to ask they then said well take him now. They removed a appliance from the roof of my sons mouth. He later said his jaw was hurting which is normal but then the next day after he was able to eat noticed they had left a piece of wire sticking out the side of his mouth poking his cheek. I called at 8:00 the next morning and spoke to a lady named Wendy she said she could transfer me to who I need to talk to or I can call another number being the same number I just called. I told her I just called that number and got you. She said they were having problems with their phone lines but she would relay the message and assured me the San Bernardino office would return my call soon. After trying to be patient I called that same number but didn't get Wendy this time unfortunately I don't remember who I talked to , anyway she told me no one could help me until Monday at the Palm Desert location she said she would call me back with a time shortly but never did. When I called again after waiting several hours I got a recorded message saying the office is closed. Now its the weekend my son still has the metal poking his cheek. I've never had any issues before but this is unacceptable.
