First let me start by saying everyone was pleasant except for the young lady that worked at the reception desk. My hair did not come out properly. When I left it looked like a hot mess. The rod set was awful. People literally thought I was starting to lock my hair. I paid via groupon and the young lady at the desk was very rude about asking me to tip when it was already apart of the extra 23 dollars you are required to pay on top of the groupon. Then my card was overcharged for 35 dollars. I was totally disgusted. I am very uphappy with my service all together.
My experience at the House of Hair Salon and Spa was good. The place is clean. The staff was professional and responsive to my needs. I was offered water several times. The stylist Lisa, did a great job styling my hair. The House of Hair Salon & Spa will be the place I go to for my hair needs. I look forward to trying their spa services.
