Lisa is always pleasant and she really takes her time with your hair & gives you hair care advice.
It was one of the best hair experiences I have had in years; first I would like to thank the salon for fitting me in for service since I didn't have an actual planned appointment: I called the salon at 9 am and was able to come in at 5pm upon arrival I was greeted and welcome with great hospitality and professionalism; Lisa the owner then consulted with me regarding my hair care needs; recommended a moisture treatment since transitioning from permed to natural hair I have experienced moisture lost. Hair stylist Lisa provide me the best hair cut ever and recommended hair products that I should use, I would definitely return to this salon and recommend it to all....
The first time I patronized this establishment, I was so satisfied. The service was professional and the male massage therapist was great. The products used were refreshing and light. My second visit was not so great. I was very disappointed. First they agreed to book my appointment on Easter sunday like 3 weeks in advance. Then that Saturday while I was worshipping in church, I was called about 3 times from them trying to get me to change my appointment because it was Easter. I paid for package and even paid for additional time on the table AND paid the required gratuity in advance so things would run more smoothly when leaving. That Saturday the gentleman kept asking me how was I going to pay . I informed him that I paid already and he said he saw nothing in the computer.I was put on hold while he worked it out taking away from my valuable time with God and my family. He finally came back and said "your right". Yes I know I'm right why would I lie? It gets better.. I don't know what products were used on my face this time but it left my skin greasy and heavy and I had a breakout the next day. Thanks. At the end of my service I went to the desk to make sure we were all on the same page because when I came out of the bathroom, I saw the female massage therapist waiting for me. I informed her that I already paid her gratuity. She looked at the same gentleman who called me and he looked me dead in my face and said " I'm not showing that in the computer". Now I could have asked my husband to get the children ready and bring the receipt that I did forget at home but I was not going to inconvenience my family like that when he should have been on point or get a new up to date computer system and program for business. Eventually after about 5 minutes, he said "your right". Again ,I know I'm right Im the one who walked in and made the appointment. After my service the therapist offered me some water. I came out to no water. But after the account debacle was over he tried to push a water bottle in my hands. I politely declined . I guess no water for you unless you pay? Get it together please. I don't have to even mention that I won't be back patronizing this establishment. It's a shame because I believe this is black owned (?) and I would have loved to be a valued customer. Toodles and Peace.
