In 1952, Chuck Houska set up shop on the outskirts of town with a new toolbox and a two-bay garage. 50 years, three generations and countless happy cars later, Houska Automotive continues to provide first-rate auto repair in Fort Collins. While honoring the history of superb service the Northern Colorado community has enjoyed for more than half a century, Houska Automotive utilizes today's technology to tackle your car repair crisis. From transmission repair to timing belt replacement, an automotive mechanic who honors Chuck's legendary legacy is prepared to care for your car. To better serve our customers we have become a tire dealership for both Michelin and Goodyear product lines. We are also honoring all tire rotation and flat repair commitments from the now defunct Mountain View Goodyear.

Except cheap prices, but you get what you pay for. I don't generally like dealing with service techs as I feel too removed from the mechanic and what is going on with my car, but Jason took me back to look at the problem and talk to the mechanic. That makes a huge difference to me. Also, they gave me a clean, drivable loaner, and had my car finished when they said they would. So far so good.

Had a Check Engine Light come on during the weekend. Took the car in early Monday morning. They were backlogged to the max for that day but they got the car in ASAP got the problem fixed in their usual professional manner and I was up and running the next day.
