I had a horrible experience last year at this office. From the front desk until I was able to see the doctor. This office seemed only concerned about making sure to collect the co payment and bill my insurance company. I knew that there was something wrong with the new prescription but I was assured that I would get used to the new contacts. I didn't and I ended up going to University Eye Institute paying out of pocket, where I received better service and turned out the new contacts were the wrong ones and I given the correct prescription.
I would have left well enough alone, but for some reason today I received a text message telling me about an upcoming appointment which I never requested. I called the office and wanted to know why there was an appointment made without my prior knowledge or consent. The young lady who answered the phone told me because it was time for my exam. I told them I did not consent for an appointment and wanted to cancel. At this point the young lady said she would cancel my appointment and then hung up on me. Of course my next call was to my insurance company to file a complaint about this doctor's office. And to also make sure that they did not change my insurance company for an office visit which I did not request nor want!
