Though your products are so reliable making your services rarely needed, when they are needed, you guys really come through!! I've used your transcription products since 2005 and have recommended using the dictation equipment to all the appraisers I work for well. I found myself needing to upgrade all my software and you know how stressful changing computers can be - everyone at HTH I spoke with was simply wonderful and helpful.

Marilyn, however, who helped install my new software was nothing short of an angel. Plus, it was especially nice to speak to people I could understand clearly - it was a breath of fresh air. All is working splendidly - I couldn't run my business without you ... thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent support thru-out the transition. This is my 3rd dragon version (DMO) and HTH has been the best. Loaded on 3 computers and counting. Support is fast and personal. THE BEST!!
