My opinion is still being formulated, as the problems I am having with Dragon medical one are not yet completely resolved. Even the technicians at HTH are puzzled by the problems I’m having, and attributing it to Microsoft word.I do wish that the technicians were all thoroughly familiar with word so these problems could be solved.Dragon medical 1 it’s advertised as if it is simple and straightforward but that is not my experience nor the experience of the technicians and HTH. Thank you.

The ONLY thing I find difficult about your service/product is: it is EXTREMELY difficult to navigate and change/correct, add new, etc. When my "old" Start-Stop program stopped working and we called to find out we needed to update (not a problem), I could NEVER have accomplished all the steps required to get it up and working again, without my husband sitting here doing it for me!

It took a very long time to accomplish.

Other than that, I love your product and have used it for many many years!

I spoke with a representative twice. While she tried her BEST to make my foot pedal work, it didn't happen. It is unfortunate that HTH Engineering wasn't ready for Windows 11 and the possible foot pedal issues. It was suggested that I purchase the Infinity 3 pedal, which I did. (I had an Infinity 1.). However, this did not solve my issue. I have now lost more than a week's worth of time and work opportunities because I can no longer use the pedal. If I cannot fix the issue by this weekend, I will be returning the foot pedal. I can make the pedal work with Express Scribe's Mac version, so I know the pedal works. However, I cannot make it work on my PC side, using Start Stop. And cannot get it to work with another program I use for my job. I physically cannot return to Windows 10, due to computer reasons, the newer MacBook Airs have M1 chips, and Windows 10 will not go on those computers. I'm stuck, and unfortunately, I don't see there is an immediate fix. (All things being equal, my star review prior to this problem would be 4 stars and my overall feedback would be a 9. )

The software received is expired. We are requesting a refund on the product as we have not installed it on any computers.

From the minute Joe Winner started my download, walked me through and confirmed everything, I knew the company stood behind what they advertised and then some. I also had "refresher" and update training with Paul. Both men were extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough. DMO works just a promised. I have cut my dictation from 15-20 minutes per consult to 4-5 minutes!!!

I can't recommend this company highly enough.
