My appointment was scheduled for 10, and I didn’t get taken back until 11. I understand things will be slower due to COVID and sanitizing everything, but you’d think after 11 months they would figure it out and stop putting appointments too close together. An hour wasted in the waiting room, and while all I could hear was talk about where they were going to get lunch. So they had plenty of time on their hands to discuss that over and over, but not enough time to make their patient experience efficient.
My cleaning and everything was fine, like always, so I’ll at least give two stars. But I was really disappointed with the management and service. Please don’t waste your patients’ time.
