You know how it's said, that first impression means everything, my first thought was, wondering if the neighborhood was safe, I was so use to going to the Lutheran location, but I was somewhat at ease after seeing that the building appeared to be very secure. I entered the Hudec office & was greeted by the receptionist person with papers in hand for me to fill out, I sat down and was annoyed by children crawling around on the floor with toys & without mask on, and to make things worse, the adult female accompanying ( she did have a mask on ) was talking very loudly while on a sell phone, as though no one else was around, I thought, "what have I gotten myself into?" It made me wonder if I should continue on with my appointment based on first impression, I decided to tough it out. I was called out by the hygienist to follow her one of the stations, she was most pleasant, and answered any questions that I had, she was very knowledgeable, caring and began to win me over. My cleaning experience was excellent along with good advice on how to correctly brush my teeth etc. I had added another same day appointment for a cracked tooth that happened a couple of days before my cleaning appointment, the dr came in & evaluated my x-ray results with an outcome that a crown would my best option and to think over if I wanted it while I was already their, I decided to go ahead with the prep for a crown, the dr was wonderful, gentle & told me to raise my left hand if I was in any discomfort of which I never had to do. To wrap things up, I am very pleased with the results thus far & decided that I would endure any waiting room annoyance to have good dental care, the next step will be for me to have a permanent crown set in at my next appointment!.
