First, I was able to get my senior dog (with bladder issues) in for exam the same day thanks to a cancellation The exam, tests and results were timely and well explained. Follow up exam, possible tests, costs and time frame were explained - so I now know what to expect. Happy to say, dog is improving after 2 days of medication. Thanks Hudson Animal!!

Dr Heim took all the time necessary to listen to me and examine my dog. She fully explained what I needed to do and what the outcomes could be. She followed up with an email after hours and a phone call the next day.
