We do love Huguenot Pediatrics. This time, my child saw Dr. Donahue for the first time, and she was delightful. She took plenty of time with my child, established a good rapport, and gave us some good advice to treat her condition. As a working mom, I also appreciated that Dr. Donahue saw us at the appointment time, and was not running behind schedule.

Dr. Kancitis was running over 1 hour behind schedule, and this is the second time we’ve spent 2 hours at the doctor for a sick appointment with Dr. Kancitis.

Full disclosure, we followed Dr. Donohue here, and we couldn’t be more pleased at the ease of the transition or the services we receive here! We have loved Dr. Donohue since our son was an infant. We feel she truly cares about her patients and she is so patient and kind with our son who has ASD! We are so glad to have followed her to an office that seems to reflect her views about their patients. With a helpful administrative staff and kind nurses, we couldn’t be happier with our choice to move. Looking forward to many more appointments with her at this office with our 5 year old!

While I sat in the waiting area I overheard the two receptionist entire conversation as they talked about the staff. It was very unprofessional! Bot only that but the wait was about 15 to 20 minutes and from what I was able to hear, it sounded like my and I were forgotten about. I wasn't happy!
