I am so happy that my cats are patients here! When my little boy got very sick, Hyannis Animal Hospital took fantastic care of him and eases my mind. The doctors called me every day with updates on how he was doing and they were always happy to answer my calls and questions. They were kind, helpful, caring, and informative. I'm so thankful my baby was in such amazing hands! If you call and you get put on hold for a bit, don't get annoyed. Remember that there is a reason that they're so busy. It's because they're the best!
I recently moved to Cape Cod and was a bit worried about who might be treating my dog. After researching I chose Osterville Animal Hospital who are affiliated with Hyannis Animal Hospital.I knew right away I made the right decision when I met Dr.Scudder and her assistant. If I decide to move to Plymouth,i will still keep them.
I brought my cat Suki to HAH once a year for her annual physical and for the travel papers she needs to go to Mexico with me for the Winter. The paperwork can be daunting, but they always contacted me a week in advance so they could have the proper forms filled out before the appointment. I’m very lucky—Suki is a healthy cat, so i can’t testify to HAH’’s response in an emergency, but the vets and the support staff are professional and very good with Suki—and every other animal I’ve seen them interact with. I do wish they had a separate waiting area for people with cats. It’’s a very busy office and there are a LOT of dogs coming and going and it’s stressful for most cats I would imagine. But all in all, they do a great job.
