Their "bedside" manner is terrible. Once I was waiting for 2 hours to be seen, ended up having to reschedule and they logged it as a missed appointment. I tried to give it another chance. I took time off work for an appointment only to arrive and be told I had to rescheduled again because the hygienist wasn't seeing patients after 3:30 and I should have never been scheduled in that slot. I got no apology either times.

After waiting in the parking lot for 35 minutes in a sweltering hot car for an emergency appointment made the day before (excruciating pain from an infected tooth), I was told they would not be seeing me. That they did not have time. I suspect it was other reasons, but I will never go back. I was in misery.

I was positively impressed with the friendliness staff, the cleanliness of your facilities, your squeezing me in for a same day appointment on a Saturday, and your ability to alleviate thr immediate pain I was in.

Worst dental care ever received. I spent so much time in the waiting room before every visit. It was ridiculous. The pricing is real sketchy too. Kept changing prices and adding charges. The women doing the billing on her phone calculator does not instill confidence either.
