As always, Gina took care of my nails and helped me pick a beautiful color. My only complaint, which I have stated before is this... When it's my birthday, I have to ask for a discount. It's a mere 10% and only on one service, so if I get a fill and pedicure, I only get 10% on one or the other. I find this policy really cheap on the part of the salon.The last place i used to go where Gina worked, offered 20% on a total service for the day and I Never had to ask. That salon kept my birthday in their records and sent me a birthday coupon! Hypnotic keeps raising their fees, but not offering a decent rewards program. They offer a percentage off after 10 or 12 mani/pedi combos but that takes about a year to accumulate! VERY STINGY!!!
We greatly appreciate our customers and that is why we give a birthday discount for every customer who is welcomed into our salon. We would like to point out that since this is offered to all customers, we collectively give away anyway from 2,000-3,000 monthly in discounts to show our appreciation to our customers. We are sorry that you feel the 10% discount isn?t a sufficient amount off but we would like to point out that we offer additional promotions all throughout the year to again thank our customers for their business.
