We are truly sorry that you are disappointed that one of our stylist moving on from our salon after 12. 5 years. We are reaching out to clients and letting them know of the change and placing them with another talented stylists, what she recommends. She started as an apprentice and worked herself up to a master stylist level. She worked very hard and became an amazing stylist, serving all the client in her chair at the high level. It was her decision to try something new, what she did not wanted to share with us. And that is her right to do so. She is leaving on good turns and will be missed dearly . We are very happy for her and we wish her the best on her next adventure. As of the front desk, we apologize of any inconvenience it my cause you, not be able to provide you with more information. We do not and never will tolerate rudeness in our salon. That's just not who we are. We understand your frustration. Please let us help to accommodate you.
