Thank you for taking time in answering this survey, I appreciate your comments and honesty. As a growing company, I feel everyone's opinions matter specially those whom we weren't able to satisfy to the level of our expectations. I am a perfectionist and delivering ultimate customer service and high quality are my number one goal. Customer reviews, such a yourself, make me understand, although we have improved, we have a long ways to go to achieve our ultimate goal. As mentioned before, ultimate customer service and high quality is not a quick sprint but marathon of endurance and improvement.
