The dental work was done satisfactory, but the administrative staff needs improvement. My mom got her tooth pulled successfully by the dentist despite some difficulties related to the fracture at the root of the tooth. She needed to take antibiotic medication starting on the same day, but a prescription was not sent to the requested pharmacy until the next day after I spent time on making several phone calls. The staff sent the prescription to CVS instead of Walgreens. I had provided the pharmacy name and its location to the staff before leaving the office.

OMG! My Orthodontist/Dentist who has been doing my dental procedures have been not only a GREAT Professional in her skill setting. She has also been phenomenal caring for me and my teeth.
