The doctor and staff were friendly, and the doctor was thorough and explained everything he was doing during the exam. The staff and doctor sanitized equipment between each patient. I am giving it a below average rating because the doctor did not wash his hands between patients and he was not masked properly. If he had washed his hands I would have given the visit 5 stars.

The doctor and front desk staff were supper friendly, personable, and patient. I'm a talker and the were happy to engage. They were fast and efficient but didn't rush me at all. Seemed knowledgeable and competent throughout all parts of the process.
As a first-timer to getting real glasses (not just readers from CVS), I had all my questions answered thoroughly. They even asked and offered information that was specifically for a newbie. Finally, the front desk staff were super-patient and helpful whike I took 100 years picking out glasses. I tried several pair (all budget cause I'm cheap), took selfies to text my family for input, and reported on their opinions. The ladiy listened to what I wanted, brought out more that fit what I was looking for, popped out the lenses for a better idea of how they'd really look on me, and offered her own opinions and advice to help me choose. And never once did I feel pressured to pick more expensive ones or to hurry up and decide.
