The Scammed me big time for my glasses. 1st they said choose one pair of glasses which was fully covers by my insurance. I placed the order to do it then after one week they asked for to pay $80 more also the manager’s behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I chose the very basic glasses and I’m getting since last 8 years. This is the 1st time ever I heard that I have to pay out of pocket for my basic glasses. They trying to rip off the people for the cheapest glasses through insurance and out of pocket. Guys make sure bring your own glasses frame to stay out this situation. They have very cheapest quality frames in stock. I will never recommend to anyone to go this place anymore.

The reason my overall feedback is two: I was quoted $600 for a pair of glasses. That’s too expensive!!! I supplied my own frames an was expecting a discount with My health insurance. You need to do better with your pricing. We’re in a recession. Vision works was able to install my “new” prescription in the frames that I provided for $485. My examination was 5 Stars and the eye doctor was AMAZING!

The service was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have to wait long before seeing someone to get the pre-screening (the three tests). And seeing Dr. G is always a great experience.
