First time for me to see doctor Reynolds Cynthia

Usually I see Dr Ganaam which is excellent

But this time I saw this new Dr

I don’t recommend anyone to see her.

The exam took about ten minutes she won’t lessen to my complain she just kept ordering me to read and look at signs,

Absolutely ignoring me talking.

Then I asked her if I can have my own PD she said you can’t have it it’s private information.

From the doctor (Dr Gammi) rescheduling my appointment multiple times (at short notice) to the front staff rude attitudes, the visit was not pleasant. The services used to be top quality but post COVID, services have gone down to the dumps. I will be looking for a new optometrist soon.
