The doctor was great. I was t a fan of the sales person we worked with after the exam. He was the older gentleman, he was too busy telling us who all he had sold glasses to and was just sitting there when we needed to get things moving. We were in there for over 2 hours because of the sales person.

This is one of the best eye doctors I’ve been to. The Doctor was very knowledge and you get a sense of that he really cares. Get staff that greet you when you walk in. I went to my appointment on my lunch break and was in and out of there!

Overall good experience. I did have to wait a good 30 minutes to be seen, but assistant and Dr were warm and friendly. Front desk staff courteous. I do wish they had alerted me to breakdown of costs before I had to pay as I am a new client who just adopted a shelter cat who had been examiined in the month and just needed her distemper booster. When booking the appointment I had asked if I would have to pay for my kitty to be examined and it was not clear. I did end up having to pay for the exam even though my cat would have had one 3 weeks ago....I wish they had alerted me to that. I did not make a fuss about it but in hindset, I should have spoken up at time of payment.
