Dr. Horowitz generally is okay but he can say very off-putting things directly to the patient or even worse, about them within earshot. He does quick work but his bedside manner is meh at best. He has often dismissed or minimized my pain, leaves the room before I get a chance to ask a question, and makes comments about the awful state of my teeth. His staff and hygienist are all lovely though.
