Something about the front desk has changed . . . I was there on Saturday mid-afternoon (a very busy time for a salon!), and the front desk was woefully under-staffed. The manager was visible for just a few minutes straightening stock on the back wall, then when things really got busy, she just disappeared into the back. I was in there stocking up on my Jane Iredale makeup . . . one of the ladies gave me a snarky sneer when she saw one of my products and said, "This is a sample. We don't sell this." When I told her that I purchased it there after receiving a makeover a couple of years ago (yes, that product lasted a long time!!), that's when I got the sneer and the "Well. That's a long time ago. They must have changed the packaging." Anyway, I got most of what I went there for, but I'm just miffed that the front desk attitude seems to have shifted, and management doesn't lend a hand when the line is backing up.
