As soon as I walked in after receiving very friendly and helpful e-mails to make an appointment for a consultation I felt extremely comfortable. There was no wait time, the ladies assisted me right away and as soon as I finished the paperwork the consultant was ready for me. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't push me into any direction. Allowing me to ask questions and go at my own speed she helped me pick out a package that best suited my needs and budget. When I received my first treatment once again they were ready for me right away and the laser technician was friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable.I would recommend ideal image to anyone.
