outside of the laser hurting when the hair was burned off of my neck. the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
they explain what was going to happen and made me as comfortable as possible.

Very happy with the care and concern in which I was treated. This was my first experience with laser hair removal. So far after my first treatment I am very pleased with the results. The only thing I am not thrilled about is the cost associated with the service, but hopefully over time, the cost will come down.

I really liked the information that i was given. I found the staff very personable and pleasant. I wasn't nervous at all and really am excited about what is to come in the near future.
The staff was so nice and pleasant even i thought this is where i should be. Everyone seemed to supremely enjoy what they were doing and being there. I work with people and that is very rare to see yet very nice to come by.

I think my consultation and laser service was excellent! I have had laser hair removal at several places, and Ideal Image by far is the most knowledgeable staff. My consultant was also caring and was happy to share her own experiences which I appreciate. I'm glad I chose this company for my laser hair removal. I hope that I can finish out the rest of my treatment here and don't have to go anywhere else!
